We offer free shipping on all orders above the €75 in the Netherlands. All other countries have shipping costs which you can check at the order checkout while selecting the right country.
In The Netherlands this will be max. 3 working days. The delivery time for other countries differs and depends on the distance our parcel has to cover.
In case you didn’t receive your order confirmation, check your spambox because it might be there. If not, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide it.
We send all orders directly to our fulfilment department to speed up our delivery process. If you want to modify your order please contact us immediately. We will check the status and the possibility to make adjustments. If your order has already been processed we will have to wait until it is been delivered to you, so you can return it.
